Just purchased a 2019 tri glide and was told it came equipped with Sirius XM radio. Tried numerous times to set it up, but am told each time they cant find a radio number and when I call Sirius they tell me the Vin number cannot be found. Any help would be appreciated.

Don't think so my friend! I just purchased a 2019 Tri-Glide and there is NO Sirius-XM radio! Have to purchase separately and have it installed....that's what I'm doing. Who told you that?
Salesman told me it comes installed, but you need to download the update. Only the CVO, per him, comes with the free 3 months. I am calling HD directly tomorrow to find out for sure.
I have the XM on my '13 CVO Ultra but it does not come on non-CVO models. As already posted you have to buy and install the SIRIUSXM Satellite Radio Kit Pt # 76000351 which lists for $ 399.95
It's compatible with '14 and later Touring and Tri-Glide models equipped with the BOOM!BOX 6.5 Audio System.
Once you install this unit, you will be able to pull the number up on your radio screen and then contact SIRIUSXM for activation.
With the options we have currently, I don't think I'll spend that many $ (at this time) but if you like your tunes that much it's your $.
BTW, if you're getting this unit installed, it is a great time to also have the remote garage door opener installed.
I have XM. When I installed the inner fairing AM/FM antenna, it messed with the signal. I had to move the XM antenna to the outside of the fairing right by the vent..now it works like a charm! I like XM. Lots of good stations..well worth it if you go out in the boonies a lot
Ihad the XM module installed on my 2018. It was/is not Standard on non-CVO vehicles. Also had to remove XM antenna from under the fairing to near the vent on the dash. LOVE XM. Had it on last three bikes before converting to Tri-Glide.
So just switched vehicles in my Serius account and all is good.
Your salesman needs to go back to school on the product.
If your salesman told you your bike came with sirius and it was part of what made you buy the bike I would go to the dealer and tell them they owe you and xm radio and install. That salesman sold you a bill of goods.

I agree but if it wasn't in writing they'll probably say it didn't happen. BTW the part number referenced in reply #5 is not correct for the new 2019 Boom Box GTS. It takes a different XM module than the the '14-'18 models. 76000842, $399.95 msrp but can be had cheaper from discount dealers. It is very simple to install yourself so your can save some $$ vs having the dealer install.
Once you get the module installed and the system recognizes it you will see an option for Sirius XM on the home screen - same as you see for FM, AM, etc. And contrary to what a couple dealers have told others the module DOES NOT require a flash by the dealer. The instructions clearly state that once you turn the Boom Box on after the install it may take a couple minutes for it to recognize and update the module all on its own.
