Has anyone put the Harley 2" Pullback (reduced reach) handlebars on their 2014 Tri-Glide? Did you have to put on different clutch or brake hoses? One of the local dealers says that it would need different hoses.
I did see in the touring forum where 2014 Limited owners have put on these handlebars with no changes in hoses.

Sounds like a CYA by the dealer. They probably don't know if you will need them or not, but just to be sure they will put on longer hoses. But not every install is the same.
For instance I put those bars on my '12, & I didn't have to change anything or re-route anything.. Others doing the same install ended up changing almost everything for extra length. Could be that someone told them they had to....... Don't know.....
as sloufoot has stated. before I had mine done on my 2013 last yr, I asked the same questions. was told by sloufoot and others, "No." based on their input when I went to the dealer to have the install done, I asked the SM if I needed new cables, he too said, "No."
thinking back, we did have to wrap the left handlebar w/tape before installing the grip as the new bars are a RCH smaller in dia than OEM handlebars...
