Have a 2018 FXFBS and added the HD extreme flow air intake, H-D SE-447 Torque Cam and the TBR turnout 2-1.
Loaded the map and ran about 100 miles. Sounded good and ran fine other than a pop whenever I was changing gears on acceleration. Is this normal for this setup? Or is there some setting I need to look for?

Does it still pop on gear change once the bike is fully warmed up? Mine pops sometimes when cold but it goes away after a few miles.
There is an adjustment for decel pop. Look for firecrackers.
If I accelerate quickly it still pops. I tried using the decel pop and it did not have any effect.
You may want to double-check that your exhaust flange nuts are tightened to spec. After installing a header they have a tendency to loosen a hair over the first couple of hundred miles, and the pop could be due to a leak.
