Well...this is a "crap-shoot" without knowing some things about your bike.
Any mods (e.g. tuner, exhaust, bars, intake, cams)?
Any recent work?
New/old gas?
Bike gets ridden, or was it in storage?

Fresh Gas.
Gets ridden frequently.
Recent work: New rear tire.
Currently running TAB tuner that came with TAB shorty slips ons. Didn't like Tab exhaust, removed after short time.
I like the stock exhaust, so modified for sound.
Removed baffles from stock exhaust last year. Bike has run well in this setup for a year.
Running tuner on bypass - Harley ECM is controlling fuel injection.
Fresh Gas.

Funny how she ran good for a year w/the exhaust swap & now starts the misfire. Did you check exhaust for any leaks (fm flange to exit)? All is tight/torq'd...??

Thanks for the reply, bbmach.
I pulled the rear plug because it is easy to access. The color is nice and tan, but the gap is .045 due to wear. Should be 0.035.
I am going to replace both the plugs, gapped properly, to eliminate spark plug deterioration as a possible cause.
