well hello all

Im new here obviously this is my sixth Harley out if 112 bikes ive been riding for 56 years now started as a kid my dad rode all my younger brothers rode. i was into fast bikes until my vision started to fail so i parted with my GSXRS and my Busa and got back into harleys i really have no business going 185 mph anymore which i did frequently and thank the lord never got caught. so im just putting around on my Bonneville and now the Softail.im starting to relax trying to enjoy riding rather than going for a maximum shot of adrenalin. i like buying bikes that need a little help and making them better than they were as delivered i find used bikes to be a lot more fun than new ones i feel the need to resolve issues and improve the bike the i usually sell it and start over with anew victum. the softail is something i never thought id like but a friend has one and i really like the way it looks so far i really like this monster bike its the heaviest bike ive owned but it has a lot of character which you dont get in a sport bike they all just work pretty well out of the box and make marginal riders think they are great riders when the bikes doing all the work. so thats my tale of Woe. I really like the sections f the site that address mechanical issues im not so much into the social side of things.
