Hello forum!
So here's the dealie yo, I've owned a minimum of 2 bikes since age 11, with my high point of 11 motorcycles about 3 years ago. I'm down to my core 3 now, and one is a Harley. I've owned it for over 4 years and have put a whopping 3k miles on it while my other bikes have all received several thousand per year. I ride A LOT, just not so much on the Harley, here's why:
My Harley is a 1985 FXEF, it's a 4 speed trans with an Evo engine, it's a fixed motor mount shaker. After sitting for over a year I replaced the battery, dusted it off, changed the oil and gave it a try, now my starter is shot. Hard to keep up enthusiasm for a bike that's not working. I have a serious issue where I can't leave anything stock, that being said, my FXEF actually is now a street glide clone.
My goal is to chat with some people here, restore my motivation for this bike, fix it up some more and get it back on the road. My primary bike is a HEAVILY modified, stretched and lowered, 380 HP Hayabusa (aka the opposite of a Harley)
