Default Bearings suggestions

Helping a friend with his 2010 Ultra...No ABS equipped. Original wheel with the 25mm bearings.

It is in need of front wheel bearings. The Harley OEM don’t look great for their price. The All ***** are made in China....I’ve used them in the past on other bikes.

I believe the Timken 205PP would be a better choice here. Slightly more expensive....but I like the fact they’re USA made. We’ve used them in the Aircraft business for years and they have a great product.

Any suggestions before we order.....thanks

Timken (Fafnir) Brand would be fine, but where are you getting them from? ... Counterfeit Bearings is a Real thing.

I have a Local Motion Industries, so I can just pick them up ... Motion Industries 6205 Search Results

Btw, it looks like All ***** has changed their supplier to a "No Name" ... used to be a KML (chinese co.) which I had no problem with (and inexpensive)

No brainer if you can get a Timken that is correct. Screw the price here. Hope that Timken is made in USA like you say. Not just box or packing.

The reference is to the Timken (fafnir) Brand ... not to a Design (Tapered Roller Brg)

I realize Timken owns Fafner and Torrington. Never thought or realized the Timken line only came in taper roller.

Know lot of bearings from the Timken family come from Mexico and China.

No mention of tapered roller bearing??

Well.....ended up using SKF bearings. Our Motion Industries has the bearings we needed marked down...as they had too much in Inventory.
