Default New Tire Recommendation

I really need to get a new rear tire for my '07 Road King Classic. I do a lot of highway riding and wear the centers out pretty quickly. I'm currently running stock Dunlop white walls. Looked at JP; they only have Dunlop and Metzeler to choose from.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a high mileage white wall tire and a good place to order it from? Thanks!

Default new tires

I don't know about the whitewall part, but, I just had front and rears installed on my 07 Road King custom. Went with Michelin Comander 2's
The reviews were pretty good and I rode the first 2000 plus miles going to North Carolina to ride the Tail of the Dragon. Did the Dragon dry and wet and loved the tires. Ride quality is also much better than the Dunlops in my opinion.

Your limited with only shopping for whitewalls. I always ran Bridgestone spitfires on my 05 Roadglide. Much better handling and they lasted at least 1500 more miles than the Dunlops (Dontlasts). And they were always a lot cheaper.

I had the Metezlerson it when I totaled the bike. I had 4000 miles on them and they barely looked worn. If you need whitewalls I'd go with the Metezlers for sure.

I had www's on my 07 road king , I loved the look, but I have to say, I switched to Michelin commander II's, despite loving the whitewall look, the improved handling with those tires was worth going without the WWW.
