Have you "finished" the autotune session? When mine was in the learn mode, it ran bad when first starting. Once I closed out the learning mode and flashed the tune it runs great! Hope that helps.

While in Autotune, the acceleration enrichment is not active and it's more noticeable when the engine is not warmed up. They have it turned it off during autotune so as not to mess with the 02 sensors and making it think it's running rich.

I reinstalled the FP3 and took the bike on a 40 minute ride. I went through low rpm riding around 2000 rpms. I came back and flashed the ECM and was able to turn off autotune. Bike is running great. I have about 4 hours of tuning in just about every riding scenario.
