Default 2014 Rushmore 5K Maintenance
Yes, I have the manual Service Manual and went through the 5K section.

Besides all three fluids, I adjusted clutch cable freeplay, replaced air cleaner breather, checked drive belt free play. Tires all good. Battery is good, tightened shifter spline.

Manual says replace spark plugs every 2 years or 30K miles. Is this necessary? Only 5200 miles.

Running just fine. Only problem is it keeps me up nights looking forward to rides the next day.

Anything else not listed I should pay some attention to that HD might not list? Don't really feel like leaving it at the dealer for a last few things.

No on the plugs, I've gotten 50k out of a set of plugs and they still looked new with no change in gap

How did you adjust clutch cable free play?

Air filter shouldn't need changing at 5000 unless you're riding down dusty gravel roads.

I was also questioning the clutch adjustment. Thought the hydraulic clutch was on all Rushmore Touring

I like the hydraulic clutch,no problems,knock on wood.

The beauty of the king. Best clutch on a hd that i have ever owned. No clutch abs or infotainment issues.
