Looking to add LED Turn signals to the rear part of my 2014 Street Glide. Do I need to buy the whole unit (see link) to do this or are there "plug & play" options with the SAME led look? I know there are after market options but I do like the look of these LED's but $299 seems steep. I'm looking to add it with the Curved License Plate Frame with LED (See link). Thanks for any suggestions / replies!
Yeah, that's steep. As mentioned, a pair of Custom Dynamics bulbs will run you about a hundred bucks and give you the same result. The only difference will be the lack of the little Harley logo in the center of the lens. If that's worth an extra $200, then go for it.
This is my Road King with Street Glide fender. I went with Custom Dynamic Bullet Ringz because they add a little chrome and are very bright. And they have been improved since they first come out and are plug and play as far as rushmores.
As the other forum members have said, our LED inserts will give you a very similar look at about 1/3 the price, with a lifetime warranty. Ours use the existing light bar, and replace the stock incandescent bulbs. You can check out all the different turn signal options that we manufacture for you bike here: https://www.customdynamics.com/amfin...ide--flhx--581
The Harley saddle bag run/turn/brake are very bright and are plug and play. Will give you a lot more light to the rear and can be seen from a greater distance.
