Default Issue with 4 Pt Docking system

Today I noticed that only the left side is secured holding my chopped Tour pack on, the right side wasn’t snapped in.
I took it off and tried to re-install it, same thing, left side snaps in with ease right side won’t even when I try to force it.
Everything is lined up properly.
What the heck is going on?
Thanks for your help

Loosen up your docking hardware snap it on then tighten the docking up.

The docking points are slightly elliptical. Loosen the screw and rotate the docking point. They have a mark on them, can't remember which way is the wide side. It's in the instructions how to adjust them as well.

Thanks. Come to think about it the one on the left that snaps right in I noticed the docking point notch was visible but the one on the right I’m having the issue with was not.
Should those rotate easily after I loosen the screw?
Thanks

Read the directions...Sacrilege! I too am having the same problem...would have probably been easier to 'read the directions' but I came on here and searched instead. Must be a biker thing.

Use a little blue locktite on the screws when you figure out where they should be
or they will vibrate off ...eventually
