Trying to figure out which map is best for the 2014 flhtk. Have the screaming eagle super tuner, se ventilator intake Decated pipe, se canon slip ins. Hd just put new maps available a little while ago and trying to figure out which is the best base map, don't want to be too lean? Any ideas? Getting dyno tuned in May or June.
Thanks I have that one loaded but seams to be running lean with a lot of decel popping lol guess I need to figure out how to get it running richer
Yes it is running lean with any map.Harley still trying to comply with EPA rules.
You need to change AFR lower into the 13's. I run 13.8 on mine and 13.4 at idle.
Then do some smart tuning.
PM sent You need to make the Decel enleanment numbers SMALLER by 0.3 to start with. I would attach the map, but it is larger than the forum allows.
That map labeled smooth is just as described decel popping gone motor great low end torque and running great
Thank you and truly owe you for teaching lesson
if its the street tuner, then it will run lean due to epa settings within, I ran mine with street tune, then added the night-rider xieds, (extreme inline enrichment device) it was good after that, no popping.
