Potential owner here. Can anyone comment on how effective the mini faring is on the highway? Prefer the looks of the Sport Glide but the Heritage is super comfy.

For me it works well until around 60 mph. I am 6'1" and it was pushing the air up into my helmet from below making me feel like a bobble head. I came from a 48 and the lack of wind on the chest was huge. I got a Klock Werks fairing and the side the trick. It moved the wind from my shoulders up to around my eyes. And the wind now is straight on and not from below. If you are shorter it may not be a big difference but I'm glad I got a taller screen.

I am 5' 6" tall with a 31" inseam. I commute on the interstate a lot.
The fairing keeps the wind off my chest. The stock wind screen left my helmet in clean air. More noise than I'm used to on my adventure touring bikes, but no buffeting. I tried the 5" HD wind screen and had quite a bit of buffeting above 50MPH. I added a spoiler at the top of the 5" screen, and after some adjusting, I got pretty good results...minimal air around the helmet, and minimal buffeting around 80MPH. I just ordered a slightly taller and wider screen to try. I'll report result once I get it installed and it gets warm enough to try it here in Ohio.
All in all...very happy with the rig. My ride before this was a Yamaha Super Tenere with a modified wind screen, so I'm used to ridding in the bubble, so to speak.

5'11" and the mini fairing works great as it takes a lot of pressure off my chest, but leaves my helmet in clean air. I spent a year with my old Road King trying to find a shield that wouldn't buffet, and the Sport Glide has it nailed straight out of the box.
