Nice to find a little company that cares these days.
Not affiliated in any way. Just a happy customer.
can you share some info about visor installation? I would like to do same modification just dont know from which model these visors are and how difficult it was to install it.
All visors are pretty much of a muchness, though buying HD ones gives you the opportunity to pay twice the price of ones from Custom Chrome. The size of the headlamp (7" for Heritage and the size of the passing lamps) is the only real difference between any of them.
To fit them remove the chrome trim ring around the headlamp, the rings are split and have a screw and nut at the bottom that clamp the ring to the headlamp shell. Insert the visor from the rear of the chrome ring, replace trim ring and re tighten the screw. That's it, well, that's nearly it. With the Heritage you need to get the passing lamp bar out of the way to get to the headlight trim, 2 allen screws if I remember correctly.
The radius of the visor is greater than the lamp trim it's mean't to fit around so as you tighten the trim screw it clamps the visor in place. The little lip on the rear stops the visor from escaping out of the front of the trim.
