Considering that there is only one slip on that is "legal" - the Street Cannon, has anyone here installed them on their 18 Heritage?
1. Did you also get the HD Tuner?
2. If so, is there a specific canned map?
3. How do they sound?
Don't do it! I made the mistake of having it done during the initial buy. To be fair, I only have 1500 miles on my bike, they say the Cannons reallly open up at 5000. But you can't see through the muffler due to cata, my layman mind says cata is collecting stuff. Have tuner also, it's the new EPA one, they can't sell the real one anymore. Maybe a little louder when you start up or accelerate. I hate them, I wear a half helmet and I can't hear the rpm just feel the torque while riding. My old bike was loud, this bike I have to constantly look at RPM which I hate. Installing a Fuelpak 3 with Tab Performance Zombie muffler this weekend. So excited to hear that sound! Keeping the SE stuff for warranty issues.
UPS showed up a day early! got my Rinehart 3.5in Slip-ons today. Was so happy decided to install them at 8pm as soon as i got home. Never did a slip-on job before, but was just 6 bolts and reuse the old clap and the new muffler gasket. in inside of the mufflers are completely empty, it's just a hollow pipe with some rifling. No Catalytic converter. that i saw in the stock muffler. I took some before and after videos with revving, even in my garage you SOOO can tell the difference. will post these later. Huge Grin on my face. Happy and satisfied customer. Sound now matches the 114. Even rode it a mile at 830pm cause I was so happy. It's not overbearing loud when just cruising, just a low rumble. But give it some wrist and ROOOM.
Even Road this morning in the Rain because now I have louder pipes. I also recorded the Before and after video with Audio, But Cellphone mics sure dont do these justice at all. In person they sound much deeper and louder.

Rode for the first time today without the shield and I finally got some condensation in the speedometer I dont know if the two are related. It could have been that I was riding down by the beach who knows. Taking it in for the 1000 mike service next week at least 300 miles too late. Ill let them know.
Just got my bike back from the Dealer after a several weeks. My passing lights had quit working. They had to order and replace the Body Control Module and Hand Control Switch Module. It sure feels good to be back in the saddle. It's so hot here in Florida I removed the windshield to get some air, much much better.
Cheers
