So right now there's at least a couple of us living south of I-10 in the Land of Humidity with the 'B' revision speedometer and no fogging. It's early, just a couple of months on one and just a few days on the other. I wonder if the 'B' revision is what gets installed in the 2021's... If this doesn't work I'm going to drill holes in it, let it thoroughly de-gas, then warm it in an oven and seal the holes.
I've often wondered if getting the moisture out of it then resealing was the answer.
I had mine replaced under warranty and the new upgraded version still fogs up, albeit much less than the previous one. Now I can barely notice and not sure if I'll claim again.
My 2014 Street Bob fogs up from new. The past weekend we went for a long ride in the rain, at one stage I could not even read my speed it was so bad.
I'm to scared to drill into the back incase I hit a circuit board or something.
Anyone know where to drill on a 2014 Dyna Street Bob.?
Do I sell a kidney and buy Dakota gauges?
I took gauges off ,and drilled 2 ea 1/8"/ # 30 drill bit holes in the back of both tach and speedo. On the ( 2020 FXLR Low Rider) the gauges on top of the tank. I did this on a drill press and i side lit the gauge with a flashlight to ensure i was drilling into a cavity and not the circuit board that was last year and gauges have never fogged up again. the gauges would fog up when the sun heated them up. I don't ride in foul weather, I hand wipe my bike Not wash with water either. It has never fogged up since Problem solved. Phipp
Got exactly the same fogging/condensation as this ^^^^ at the weekend
I'll give the Dealership a call tomorrow (still under warranty) and see what they have to say!

6 months on from my post and it happened again (04/29)
This time I took pictures to pass onto the dealer who are dragging their heels on this one!
I very much get the impression that HD are going to call this water ingress and thus NOT fix it under warranty.
(I've also had this response from another Dealership).
NOT F***ING IMPRESSED!
