Put my holdfast backrest and rack on for the first time and noticed that the rack is angled up. It's seated and the spools are adjusted. Take a look at these pics and tell me what you see.
Looks slightly angled up.
I wouldn't have a problem with it if on my bike though.
It'll will keep whatever you put on there more secure against slipping off the end of the rack.
What seat is the Indian sporting? It looks grey/black two-tone?
Not trying to hijack. The rack looks a little canted but if it is seated, then it shouldn't be an issue. it will probably settle a little bit from use. The hold fast doesn't seem to be "overbuilt" and some flex may happen.

^^^This, I agree on the "Looks angled" and esthetically it would bother me too.
But it might be intentional. Try loosening all the shelf bolts and mount bolts and leaning on it.
Never mind, When you sit on the bike the weight will drop the rear and it'll be level. Or lower the rear

Corbin Wall/Gunfighter. It is a custom two-tone. I'm a Corbin fan.
Thanks all for replies. I may try to loosen the bolts and adjust, but judging by the way the brackets hold the rack onto the upright, there may not be much wiggle room. Appreciate the responses.
