Help wiring 6 speakers to Soundstream PN4.520D 520W 4 Channel
OK guys I have researched and researched and finally came to a decision and purchased my new system setup and installed it. The only step left is to wire the speakers and ride but I am confused how to do so. Here are the details on what I've got on the bike..
HEAD UNIT: Pioneer DEHX9600BHS
Built-In Amplifier MOSFET 50 W x 4
RCA Preouts- 3 (front,rear,subwoover)
Crossover Netwok- HPF/LPF
audio output- 4 ohms
AMP: Soundstream PN4.520D 520W 4 Channel
Picasso Nano Series 4-Channel Class D Car Amplifier
RMS Power Rating:
4 ohms: 100 watts x 4 chan.
2 ohms: 130 watts x 4 chan.
4 ohms, Bridged: 260 x 2 chan.
FAIRING SPEAKERS: Infinity Kappa 62.11I
Peak Power Handling 225 watts
RMS Power Handling 75 watts
Sensitivity 95 dB
Frequency Response 45 - 25000 Hz
Impedance (Per Voice Coil) 2 ohms
TWEETERS IN SMALL GAUGE HOLES: Infinity Reference 1031t
Sensitivity 93 dB
Frequency Response 2500 - 21k Hz
High-Pass Crossover Frequency 2500 Hz
RMS Power Range (Watts) 2-50
Peak Power Handling (Watts) 150
Impedance (Ohms) 2 ohms
REAR 6X9"S IN HARD BAG LIDS: Kappa 693.11i
Sensitivity 96 dB at 2.83 volts
Frequency Response 35 - 30k Hz
RMS Power Range (Watts) 5-110
Peak Power Handling (Watts) 330
Impedance (Ohms) 2 ohms
INTERCONNECT RCA CABLES on front and rear from the deck to amp.
I'm sure I will run the 6x9's to the left and right rear channels on the amp but not sure how to run the tweets and 6.5" speaker to the front to channels. also if there is any stereo gurus on here which i'm sure there is I need help setting the gains on the amp with a multi-reader. I have no clue on the whole OHMS Law.. Much less doing it with the tweets and 6.5"s running together.
Any help would be great as I want my girl to be right. lol

Thought about doing that but from what I've read that will change it to a 4 ohm dependence which is less power in the front. Another thing is the tweeters are reference and have a in-line crossover on them. I believe that will effect the 6.5's. I have wired a few cars for subs in the past but I have no experience with midst.

As others have said you won't need them and even if you did there will be no problems having them parallel with the front. Don't worry about the technical stuff here. If you were adding another pair of 6.5's then I'd be more concerned. If you don't believe it hook up your kappas on their own...then add the tweeters and see If you notice a difference in power to the kappas. But again you wont need them
