Default BT7P1 Pro Install ?

Just was reviewing speaker install directions and have a question. Maybe I'm seeing it wrong, but thinking directions show using the smaller screws to secure the adapter plate to the fairing and the larger screws to secure the speaker to the adapter. Shouldn't it be the opposite? Just put the damn directions away so I'll certainly look again..

I have the regular 7.1 but it says to use the small or large (whichever fits better) for adapter to fairing and small screws for speaker to adapter.

Large for adapter plate to fairing, small for speaker to adapter, torx for the grill/tweeter assembly

Just got everything wired up and buttoned down yesterday. Gotta say that the BT7P1's can sure crank out the tunes! Still fiddling with settings/EQ and at this point, I don't think they're as crisp as my Focal's were. Granted, the Focal's were components and generally probably a little brighter. I know they couldn't handle the oomph I throw at the 7p1's, that's for sure. Between my close out Polk DXI690's and the BT7P1's, I really notice a positive improvement in bass. Loving my Sony MEX-M70BT head unit. BlueTooth apps are pretty cool to play with. Of course, now I have a couple of throttle grip sensor codes after putting on taller bars. The codes appeared just before I was about to go for my first ride of the year Gonna be a bit tougher with the stereo/amp installed. Sheeeesh
