Default Bluetooth Direct to amp

What is the best way to go from Bluethooth device (smart phone) to amp?

I have been looking at the JL MBT-RX bluetooth audio receiver but that is run completely of the phone as far as tracks and volume Would the MBT CRX be a better way to go?

Anyone that has tried a setup like this have a opinion?

It will be on a road king with lowers and lids.

Thanks
Brad

Good question. Been wondering about this myself. Also curious about using Bluetooth amp. Working the phone to control tracks & volume might be a pain while riding. Will watch for info from those in the know.

If you don't have an amp yet do one of Stingers SPX700X4. Everything is built in.

I'm in the process of finishing mine up. I did a hidden install on my 2015 Cop bike. I have a Bluetooth receiver directly connected to my RF amp. I have no head unit. It was too low on volume so I put an AudioControl line driver inline between them and all is now good. From the outside you see nothing but a silly empty glove box but inside is plenty of power moving the 6.5 Polk speakers.

We run the JL unit straight off the phone.

Set this up for a friend. bought a powered Bluetooth receiver and ran in into the AUX on his stereo. It was in front but just ran the wire out and plugged it in. Works great.

Factory handlebar controls -> SWC module -> Nav-TV bluetooth receiver -> amp

You can control volume, track up/down and play/pause on your phone or ipod right from the bars. the Nav-TV bluetooth is two-way and send the commands back to the device.

I am running the Tsukayu bluetooth control (https://tsukayu.com/Handlebar%20remote.html) run to the amp with lower fairing speakers and speaker lids. For $150.00, it works great and gives full control from the handlebars.

How do these bar mounted controls work? Im adding a stereo to my FXRD fairing and will have a full deck in it but with the T bars its almost out of reach while riding so Im looking for some kind of control to put by the grips or lower on the bars that I can reach quickly and easily. I will use my phone as Bluetooth to supply the music but don't want to have to mount my phone on the bars and use that as the control like others with Dynas and the speakers in the T sport fairings do.
