Are your crossover switches (circles) set to Full or HPF? Turn on signal (arrow) set to REM?

Switches are set to high pass, 2 channel and the remote switch is on.

I don't know that amp and can't find a manual online but it supposedly takes high and low-level inputs. Is there a switch on the amp to set for high-level? I suspect there is no switch and the amp just works with any input signal around 2-10V as long as the sensitivity (gain) is properly set. Did you confirm with American Hard Bag (I assume that's where you bought the T harness) that the Mmats 4110 has balanced inputs as I suggested? If it's not the T harness won't work with the amp.

Run a test tone (easier to work with vs. music when using a DMM or o-scope) through the HU and check that it appears at the input to the amp (at the RCA on the end of the T harness), then proceed to check for it at the output (amp +/- speaker outputs). Move upstream to the HU if you don't get the signal at the end of the RCA. If you don't get an output but do have an input then swap the amp. If you get an output at the amp move downstream to the speakers.

If you need to move upstream towards the HU you won't be able to unplug the 48 pin connector to check for a signal at the output of the radio (unless you had a breakout box). You might be able to pick up the signal using fine-tipped probes and going to the back of the connector while it's plugged in but that will be tricky and unless you are experienced I wouldn't recommend doing it. What you could do is a simple continuity test to see if the cable appears to be wired correctly. Below are the pinouts for the front and rear speaker outputs at the 48 pin connector off the HU. You should check each 48 pin end to the RCA cable ends on the harness.

EDIT: correction, you should check the 48 pin end that plugs into the HU to the RCA ends (the 48 pin female that connects back into the bike harness probably doesn't have the speaker wires run as they were broken out to RCAs)

Right Front + pin M1
Right Front - pin M2
Left Front + pin L2

Left Rear + pin J1
Left Rear - pin H1
Right Rear + pin K1

I did check with American hardbags before ordering their t harness, they said it would work. When I went to check the recommendations I discovered the problem. The input and output was swapped on the amp. We were working on it very late last night and must have gotten them crossed. Everything is swapped and playing now. Hopefully getting it flashed tomorrow so we can tune the amp. There is some static or other noise coming thru and an audible pop when it cuts on that I will need to work thru but we are getting there. I am very grateful for the assistance from you guys and wouldn’t have attempted this project without the help here.
