And WTF is the "I tried" BS about? You confirmed what Nutz told you; the radio defaults to normal station search, and think manually scanning by pressing 6 pre- sets is the equivalent of simply repeating a single soft key press and scrolling as Nutz described. Yeah, you certainly "tried."

Thank you for your contribution.

PS: I meant to type "stupidest" in the first sentence. I find it difficult to type and edit on my iPhone.

Carl,

Clearly you just don't understand what the OP is asking in this thread. You made this evident in post #4 and again with post #20. Refer back to posts #11 and #13 for further clarification.

I "tried" what Ultra suggested, however it didn't accomplish what this thread is about. I said "tried" because I've learned from this forum that if Ultra says something here, I should listen to his advice. Not only because he's provided numerous (thousands) of informative and helpful posts to all who ask for help, but he's usually right. In this case, what he posted was accurate, but didn't answer what the OP wanted to know.

If my post was in any way insulting or offensive to Ultra I apologize, and I'm sure he would have PM'd me if this was the case.

That you feel the need to add your ignorant, arrogant, and completely unhelpful remarks is completely unnecessary and unwanted on this forum.

Perhaps there are other forums where you might be more welcome and feel more at home bashing and flaming every poster with less than 9,000 posts.
