Default Harley OEM Speaker Lid Options
Have a pair of OEM Saddlebag speaker lids on the street glide, what are some of the options being used to add better speakers than the ones HD put in there.

If you want to stay with the 5 x 7 speakers. Hat Mirus has some very nice 5 x 7's but they will need to be amped. JM is another nice option on the 5 x 7's. If you want to upgrade to 6 x 9's the options are limitless.

HAT is Hybrid Audio Tech, not the easiest to find when Gannicus is abbreviating. They are awesome speakers.

The 6x9 options may be limitless but only one company produces the adaptor needed to use them that I know of. And they only provide it with their speakers.

Will metra or scoche adapters not work? I don't have the lids yet so I couldn't verify myself.

As always. . . Pioneer is on point. I was looking for the "Yeah That" Icon and could'nt find it . . lol

Same speakers I have, but without the adaptor. You'll like them.
