Just plain car wash soap and water, then blow dry with the leaf blower

This.

Soap, water, a little elbow grease. Simple.

After years, many years of trying this and that, going for the latest and greatest a few things are clear. Anyone one of a dozen or more soaps are just fine for washing, any one of 30 or more waxes , polishes and magic coating pretty much all do the same some require more work than others. Bad mouth HD all you want their reasonably detail spray is as good as any. Their Glaze polish is outstanding as are many others. S100 total bike wash works but if you leave it on a flash to long it may not end well. S100 Corrosion protectant works great if you use it right.
Bug slide is your friend carried in the tour pack . It cleans bugs well and acts as a good retailed on the road. $20 a bottle don't make a product great and $7 a bottle don't make it junk, sometimes no difference. Wizards bike wash is priced high but a little goes a long way and it works while being genital on the bike.
In the end use what works for you get it clean and ride.

Sadly, I dont detail my bike though. I need to do my wheels. I likely will pay someone to do it though. Because I am lazy, lol

if you can afford it and if you have a buffer, try 3M Finesse. It's expensive but it is great stuff. Very Fine polish and it works wonders.

Yup. When it needs wax, Meguiars Black. For a light waterless going over, Bug Slide or Lucas Slick Mist. For dusting, a Kozak. Simple deal.

Default Engine Cleaning

I was using Turtle Chrome polish my primary and cam cover, got some little smears of it on the black wrinkle....What works best for cleaning the black wrinkle on the engine? Thanks...
