Yeah assuming your firmware is up to date that definitely seems like a reach out to them problem. You can do it directly through the App which is nice.

Hopefully there will be an easy solution but I'd be curious to hear how it goes.

All I can say is this is the easiest thing to use. Just follow the on-screen directions. It took maybe 5 minutes.

I have no decel poping, a noticeable improved performance and it idles at the same rpm as before the Stage 1 (about 950 to 1000). I haven't tried an autotune and there is a good chance I probably won't.
I have basically same setup as you except I'm going W/V&H "Naked VO2 AC." Just waiting till crap on the roads here washes away & temps come up a bit. I figured W/V&H bolt-ons ,their AC, the FP3 would be the best match for setting it all up.Getting real anxious to get it off jack & ride!!

Since it began on a Saturday afternoon, I was going to wait until Monday morning to contact them. I assume that, like most companies, I'd have best luck during normal business hours and I didn't have time today (Sunday) anyway. I'll definitely let you guys know how it goes.

It's going to feel like a different bike and they will definitely hear you coming.

Alright alright alright... so I got in just under 400 miles at 359 miles today. Not reaching my goal was upsetting but the OL had to get her nails done and you know what they say.. happy wife, happy life. Needless to say I had to watch the youngins to which I have four of and riding during that time was impossible.

Ok so on to the auto tune.. I was able to get the football and man it was painful. Seemed like the scoot ran like crap while I auto tuned. I don't know if it was just in my head or no but even my buddy who I rode with for 100 miles or so said that my scoot seemed to pop and crackle a lot more on decel and in between shifts. Now I realize that my pipes are extremely short and I do not have unrealistic expectations as I know that I will have some decel pop unless everything is completely untuned just for the sake of sound.
I really intended on taking a screen shot of my auto tune cells but I flashed on the side of the road after running 350 miles of every single type of road you can imagine and just plain forgot. I will say this however, getting the higher rpm cells to fill green is infinitely harder than the lower rpms. Guess if I had a dyno or track to run I would have been able to really run out gears 4 and beyond. I was trying to steer clear of involuntary road side meetings with LEO so it is what it is.

After riding the auto tune all day and life getting in the way, I was only able to get in about a 10-15 mile ride once I finalized and flashed and to be perfectly honest, I am not sure whether or not the base map or auto tune is better. I am actually leaning towards the base map for now but don't get me wrong, both are upgrades in terms of performance and responsiveness from the original canned map from the dealer.

All in all I think I'll pick another weekend(maybe next weekend as the extended forecast looks good for now) to auto tune my auto tuned map. Want to say thanks to robbyville for all of the insight and help along the way.

F*****g A it feels good to be riding in just jeans and a hoody again! Spring is officially here!

Sorry to those that still have a few weeks to wait

Interesting take, I'm going to do the same tomorrow. fwiw, the change was (or should have been) in your head during the auto tune. The system does not change while you're riding, so it should just be the base map that you were already riding on saved to a different slot, it's not until you flash that you should notice any change. I think in my case I only noticed a bit less deceleration pop and then slight difference in throttle during take off but of course that could be in my head too

I'll also try to take a screen shot of my learned cells tomorrow. Would be interesting at some point to see how the maps differ.

Have a great week

Okay jumping in here reading the thread I've see one person mention they went from a stage 1 download to the FP3. has anyone else done it and what where your results? I'm thinking about getting one and just not sure what an improvement over the download is and is it worth it? Thinking of changing out cams but wont be for a year min. hopefully they have maps for it when I'm ready since supposedly they are working on it.

Yup big time improvement over the stage 1 download from the dealer. With my set up I have to auto tune as the big radius 2-2 map just doesn't cut it close enough for my radial sweepers.
At first it was tough to tell between the base map and my auto tune map until I got more miles in and flashed back to the base map. My original assessment was premature. The auto tuned map runs my bike much smoother in almost all aspects and she pulls harder as well.
I am currently auto tuning my already auto tuned map. I feel no difference while auto tuning as I previously stated. I realized when I flashed back to the base map that it was just the way that it ran. I heard and read that while running auto tune your bike runs like crap so it put that preconceived notion in my mind and I believed it was so but it is just not the case.
Not really sure what else you may want to know so just ask. The FP3 is great and very simple to use. If you think it will work for what you have and want to do in the future, I say do your research on tuners and compare prices and go with what will best suits your needs, capabilities and intentions. If you do chose FP3, the cheapest I found was kutter for 310 shipped.

I had a different plan....with the bassani and K&N I started with the pro pipe no baffle map. It ran OK but seemed to run hot and some deceleration pop. Then I auto tuned for about 150 miles and saved ,flashed. Not much different . I went in and looked at the afr cells on both maps.....almost identical . So I went in ...cell by cell and fattened each up by .5 and the decel enrichment by -1.0 yes this took hours and the results are perfect so far (still playing with new features ).the "perfect" afr ran too hot. Now she runs cooler and the plugs are a light tan....that says it all

@fxrnut- AutoTune does not tune the AFR table. To compare before and after you must look at the VE tables. This is what AutoTune is changing.
