do you have a pancake/scissor jack in your car?
$25 or so at atuozone if not.
My ATV lift is quite a bit lower than the scissor jack that is in my truck, even in the lowest position, so that's a no-go.

I know you said you can't budge it, but could you start it up and CAREFULLY ride it up onto a 2x4 or two under your tire?
I had lower shocks before and the only way I could get my lift under it was to get something under the tire.
I tried getting the lift under there BEFORE I took the shocks off. It was too low even before. Riding it is out of the question, I don't even want to move it because the hardware from the license plate mount and the taillight are already rubbing the tire. I suppose moving it by hand onto a 2x4 or two won't be that big a deal though. Thanks for the idea.

I appreciate the idea, that might be less difficult than running ratchet straps off the ceiling.
