I have the Hayden M6 and I just purchased the Baker that's waiting for me to install. I think the Hayden is night and day over the stock, but once you really start putting down some power/motor work & serious hot ridding I think it gives to much.
I just think a lot of people look at the stock unit and think it's too tight without realizing there are springs that give another 1/8" or so of travel. .too easy to dismiss it as junk. Myself included. Hayden now but I wouldn't worry so much going back to stock.
When i upgraded my 103 streetglide few years back I put a evolution industries and new clutches in primary By far best power mod for the buck along with a cam out there IMHO. The only issue I had was the adjuster but I switched to Bakers manual myself before I put my bike up for sale. My dyna
will be getting the same treatment along with cams. Even when I tore my engine down and upgraded to 107 without the primary work I wouldnt have even noticed . Its like a new bike once you change the gearing crazy roll on power out of hole and all through the gears.
The benefits of the new primary gearing were great ran that upgrade for 40,000 plus no issues.

Reason: grammar
Matt, disagree with you on the tensioner, it's like an unforgiving noose, don't fool yourself, there is no holy grail of 1/8" cushion in it's spring, that's a pipe dream, an illusion, smoke and mirrors. It's like the mercy I would show a thief if I caught one in my house, non-existent.
Screw it, I'm gonna post some pics before something else happens to **** me off and then I'll add commentary after the fact.
