About to change the headlight to the daymaker. Anyone changed the turns, front and rear to LED? Just bulbs or kit?
Just inserts that replace the bulbs. I did the rears, haven't bought fronts yet.
I swapped my headlight bulb for an LED version that DK Customs sells(sponsor, great service!), I think it's brighter than the daymaker, and tons cheaper!
Custom Corbin coming tomorrow, then the mods will be done! for awhile....
LOL i have a 117 kit in the box, along with T-man 660SM Cams and a Thunderheader waiting to go on the bike (plus head work, chain conversion and clutch). Anyway, we're having great weather and the stock 110 seems good for now, so I'm waiting until end of summer.
No guilt, but my wife isn't going to let me hear the end of it lol.
Haha!! Yeah I could've pushed it and gotten the 117....but I'm glad I didn't. I may be 35 but I'm not grown up yet!
What kind of cable kits have you guys come up with to put T-bars on your FXDLS? I called Burley today and they have not released the kit yet.
Also, what is the most rise I can get out of the stock cables? I have seen 8" T-Bars will work. Anyone get anything else to work?
I am reaching out to some bagger owners on here to see if any of them have stock cables. I am thinking they will work for brake, fly-by-wire and possibly electrics. Might be able to put a kit together myself on the cheap but just trying to see what you guys have done thus far.
Anyone have issues seeing behind them out of the right-hand mirror? The left one is fine, i can see behind and in the next lane, but the right one feels like it has serious issues, like the handlebar is crooked or something, no matter how i move it, it seems to be looking at my forearm...

Get the extended mirrors. They look just like the original ones but the stalks are a couple of inches longer...
