pulled the bearings... would have been an issue totally.

i measured the stock wheel bearing distance then measured the new wheel distance(took no picture)... it was less than the stock. figured it was purely spacer/sleeve.

looked at the new wheel's old bearings. one is wide, the other is the same as the timkins... well, it looks that way

pulled both spacers/sleeves....
top= new,
bottom = stock

left and middle are from the new wheel, right is timkin

look at the bearing for the front.... same story.

what to do here? i'm thinking swap the spacer/sleeves or but the new wheel bearing back in... or buy new left/right spacers?

I still have that shim from the front wheel adventure and the 3 spacers from the other front.

open to wisdom.

Do the wide bearings have numbers you can read. Timkin should offer an equivalent. Just need the numbers for their interchange chart.

I was thinking it would be simplest to just replace the wide bearings with the same from Timken and not mess with the various spacers.

the 6205RS keeps showing up as having a 15mm (.591") width, which obviously doesn't match up with your physical part.

I believe it is ACTUALLY a 3205-2RS, which is a double row ball. All-***** has them. They're expensive.

I wasn't able to find a 20.6mm wide sealed ball bearing at timken, but I'm no expert.

Very interesting...Wide and thin bearing in the same wheel. Definitely they can "get there" with those, but not with that center spacer sleeve along with that combo of bearings. It should/would have shown itself if you had installed it out of box...

REAR WHEEL
Ok, with the parts you have you can do a test fit...
-Install the wide bearing (20.6mm) on the disc brake side first
-Insert new shorter 4.8245" spacer sleeve
-Install another wide bearing (20.6mm) on pulley side

You don't need to install the pulley or mess with the belt for this test fit, but install your rotor (at least temporarily) to check rotor to caliper alignment.

If during that check you find that rotor could stand to move to the right slightly (or will tolerate moving to right)...only .010-.020", I'll tell what parts to use with your 15mm 205pp bearings. You'll need to acquire another part.

BTW, those 20.6mm wide bearings would be a Timken W205pp (wide 205pp)

Oh Yeah...What's the length of the front spacer sleeve (stock and new)? you said wide and thin bearings up there also?
