After i put custom wheels on my 2010 wideglide i had to mill the brake pad mounting point to recenter the disc you may have to do that here as well. But I am no expert.
Did you put the rotor spacer on the same side of the hub that the rotor was originally on? I know the hub on the street bob has the ability to mount the rotor to both side and if it wasn't mounted to the primary side of the hub, maybe the wheel is off center do to the primary bearing being on the wrong side of the bike now.
Are the axle spacers the same length, maybe one is slightly longer then the other and if that is the case, I would think the longer one would move the wheel more to the right (as you sit on it) placing the rotor more to the center of the caliper.
Whom ever built and trued the wheel would not change this, your hub is aligned via the bearing installation process and the axle spacers you use, once that is established, the truing just centers the hoop to its needed location to be center on the bike.
I think the spacers from Hawg Halters may have been slightly off. I just shimmed the wheel over with a very narrow spacer and the rotor is now exactly riding in the center of the caliper. Thanks for the help.
