Yes, yes...don't forget the custom wheel, fuel tank, main electronics & harness, instrumentation, keyless ignition, lighting, and dampers.

I wanted to keep it simple as an example of the flexibilty of the Dyna platform. Way to go Encyclopedia Brown!

but, you didn't mention those other things.

Also your statement "More rake, more brake" wouldn't make any sense without mentioning the trees

Yeah, but on a 99 the WG rake is in the neck. I'm just adding a few MORE degrees.

But if left at...
"For example, I'm putting a 2009 Fat Bob front end on a 1999 Wide Glide. More rake, more brake."

The assumption would have been that you were also using FB trees and then you wouldn't be adding, you would have been reducing Tree Rake (FB are negative rake)

There no "Win"

Btw, take a good look (very closely) at your 41mm WG trees when you get them off. I think there some rake, but it will in the angled stem not in the angled tube bores like the 49mm trees

Interesting. I never put a square to my new trees. I just assumed the rake was in the stem. That's how I modeled them. Now I have to spend hundreds of hours remodeling! (Kidding)

Yes, your new-to-you 49mm WG trees have the tube holes bored at an angle
