Default Quick disconnect fuel line?
Has anyone done a quick disconnect for the fuel line the goes the tank & under the frame? Thx

Probably overkill. Put a clamp on the hose and pull one end off. In my opinion, that hose really should be OEM and squash clamps. You do not need that dripping in a few years. Just my opinion.

I've used one for several years. I started with a plastic one (Motion Pro maybe?), and recently changed to a metal unit from Goodridge. I honestly can't imagine not having one. I take my tank off a fair amount (messing with the carb, cleaning the rockers, anything throttle cable related, top link adjustments, etc). Regardless of fuel load, it takes maybe three minutes to remove the tank by myself. I think it's super convenient.

I use Jiffy Tite connectors and have not had any problems leaking or otherwise …

nothing fancy...8mm was a good tight fit...black so that it blends in rather than white 😀

Looks like a Chinese ripoff of the CPC valve. PLC series.
