about the dyno - it is most likely they didn't tune the first column of the map, which is basically idle, the 0 column. If they used the whole DynoJet "system" for tuning, this is probably why you have some popping, and it can be fixed, but its likely they wont do it
This is easy to address if you have the ability to attach a laptop or pc to your bike. Select the entire 0 column and go +10 for each field. Take it for a test ride and see if it gets worse or better. If it gets better but not all the way, try +15
if worse, go the other way to -10. ... and so on, until the decel popping goes away.

This is what I did for mine. I can' remember which way I had to do. It doen't pop anymore.

a few updates:

Got the rattle figured out. the bolt on the base of my tank, right below the tip of my seat was loose. Not sure how that happened, but i tightened it and now now more rattle. That was a relief.

The popping has calmed a bit, but is still there and occurs more at higher speeds like on the highway. I submitted a request to Fuel Moto last Monday to Jamie to have them send me the custom map sent with my PC3 and he's taking his time sending it to me. He said he had a handful of them to send when i followed up with him on friday, but still nothing in my inbox. Once i get that, i'm gonna take Thrillseeker's advice and play with the map a bit and see what happens.

And as for the Big Radius, well...
I'm gonna stick with the Rush for the time being until i can find more reviews on them and save a little money. V&H is very proud of their products.
