I was wondering the same thing. I have not received squat from the MoCo. My dealer told me I should get something in the mail. I will bug them further next time I go there. I purchased my WG in mid August so I should be in the pool.

Same here. According to the MoCo press releases the dealers were to receive the parts and instructions on the 12th. I don't know if the letter or recall message is to be sent by the selling dealer or the MoCo. I thought I would see more proactive movement by now.[sm=sleeping.gif]
I have decided not to do it until I have the 15k bearing deal done.
At 3k I have had zero problems and I do not want any oil leaks
or problems from the recall work.
If I had had a problem I would probably do it now but so far it has been
just fine. I think the MOCO is overly cautious due to lawsuits.
I ordered my 06 in October and just picked it up last Friday. I was told they put in a new transmission etc at the mfg. If it wasn't for the recall, i woulda had my sled back on 11/16.

RE: 06 Dyna Recall Progress
Yeah, my bike was suppose to be shipped on Dec 9th but I was told it will be 4 weeks late due to the recall. Dealer said that's the average delay they had on new shipments.[sm=sigh.gif]
Quoted by WLBowers: Which recall? They picked up my Low Rider today for the neutral switch recall. While it is in for that he swore to check for all of the others.
Yes, the recall for the false neutral light with the transmission engaged. Three parts are to be changed. Sounds like yours is already being started.
