I dont have any speed secrets, I just push hard. I cant believe I'm the only one on here who has gone that fast on a HD with moderate mods. Im beginning to feel like an *** for relating true tales.
Maybe I should go back and rewrite all this ****, lie my *** off, and say stupid **** like, "I have never been over 110 myself". (It would be stupid **** because I have been 110 on my 2nd bike, a Honda 305 Super Hawk). Somebody make me feel better and say something like, "Yeah, I have gone 180 on my 883".
At this point, Im thinking of NOT relating anymore speed **** now or in the past.
Am I starting to whine yet?
Maybe I should change gears, "how fast ya been in a car?"
I can relate some crazy **** on that one too.

I have an 07 Speed Triple, 08 Kawasaki Concours, and an 08 Fat Bob.
The Speedy is freakin quick, the Kawasaki is freakin fast, and I find myself wanting to cruise slower and check out the surroundings on the Harley. It has plenty of torque and lots of attitude. If you plan on riding below 90 the HD is a great choice. Make sure you sit on them all and ride a few if you can. I did not like the Nighttrain but loved the Fat Bob. Same motor/tranny, just different ergos.
