You should email me. I have an "04 Low Rider that I'm looking to sell. I haven't listed her yet, because I've been putting it off. Only 8300 miles, with my job not much time to ride. I hate to see her setting in the garage not getting used.
I have over$23K invested, but only asking $14K.
Email me for details if your interested.

I have just about all of the original parts and some extras. I do have the original seat and added a backrest for riding two up. Rear floorboards still on, they look good.
Post up some pics.

Road Head,
photos are in my gallery. I will replace the front fender with a sport fender to keep mine. It has been airbrushed with my tatt on it.

I have both a 06 Dyna and an 08 Road King. The wife (135 lbs) could ride 2up on the Dyna for about 100 miles at a time with a 9" pillon and short sissybar and she loves to ride. But I have to say she REALLY likes the Road King but wouldn't let me sell the Dyna. She still likes to ride on it around town.

Rick......why not enroll her in a Riders Edge Class and then let her ride the Dyna herself?? I was terrified at first, and still am nervous, but It sure beats sitting on the back of abike. If I can learn to ride a motorcycle for the very first time last yearat the age 57yrs old, stand only 5'2" andride my 670lbDyna Low Rider, then anyone can. I'm not strong by any means either. Heck, I cant even back my bike upinto a parking spot...I'm that short. So I'd encourage her to try it out. I did and now I ride side by side with my Husband, rather than in back of him.

Hey Rick! She made you get a RK, but you get to keep the Dyna too? You, my friend, have the best wife EVER! I bow to you, my friend, I bow to you!

How do you like to ride?

The sporty you are on now will run cicrles around any of these bikes on stock(ish) form, so with any of these jumps up, you're going to be taking a step down in performance, do you care?

The Dyna is the most like what you have now, and is a "rider's bike" in a way the softail and baggers are not. It will have the best power to weight ratio, and the sportiest handling. For 2-up your wife will be more comfy on the softy- and much more comfy on the bagger, again, these all have (basically) the same power plant, so you are adding bulk, your performance will suffer. Do you care?

If performance is no issue for you, get the bagger...- If picked the sporty because you liked the sporty, the Dyna will be the closest, and the best performer of the bunch.

Ask yourself how you ride, because it's the ride, more than the looks (which can be changed) what is the biggest difference in the families.

I love riding the Sporty, but it's by no means comfortable, even for me. Currently I ride it like I stole it! I'm thinking at my age with kids, I should prolly not be riding like that. I think a bagger might be the ticket for a slow comfy, safe ride.

That's still a good email address, so not sure. That's definitely a nice scoot!

our baby is 23 years old and will be graduating college in may . I have made many a change in life style and hobbies over the years because of trying to be a responsible parent and putting the kids first . now the wife and I can have our mid-life crisis in peace and spend whats left of their inheritance.[sm=biker2.gif][sm=gears.gif]
