Fat Bob Squadron: Mid-Controls or Forward Controls? Happy?

Forward...couldn't make it with mids. I am "only" 6'2" but i have long legs. Even th forwards feel cramped up and I usually ends up sitting with half of my *** on the pillion pad. Getting a 3" forward controll extension is my foremost priority.....

Have you ever seen a race/track/dirt bike with pegs any where forward of the driver? No… Forwards are for riding and following the bike in a relaxed manner and the mids are for controlling and leading the bike with your whole body. You can dig your heal in the turns and stand over the bumps. I put highway pegs on my bike for when I am cruising but as soon as I need to start weaving around traffic, my feet go right where they belong, on the mids. What is you riding style? It is truly an individual preference.

I'm 5'10" and 250 with a 30" inseam. Just got my Fat Bob today, and they came with fwd. Being a sportbike rider and this being my first HD, I would of chose mids if I bought new. The forwards are just right, but mids feel much better. Anyone have a link as to where I can just get mid brackets/pegs?
Would of loved to be able to change from mid pegs in the twisties and forward pegs on the highway...
I'd say why not a mix of both
