Redneck Windshields
Well I suppose you could get used to having to having bugs, dirt and sand hitting you... cold rain, cutting winds.... But you could get used to having an arrow in your back... So if it's your bike and it makes you happy put it on. The last time I checked the only thing you have to do is eventually die. (and of course if you don't like jail pay your taxes)
Get a QD. I would not do any ride over 100 miles without one. I am too old for that s**t. If I want to leave it home I do. If not I don't, and because I am old I really don't much care about others think. Put floorboards on my lowrider for comfort, if that makes me a P***y so be it. My ride, my life, my bikes. I like to have someone say, "nice, scoot" as much as the next guy, but it ain't about that. It is about the ride and how "YOU" feel. Me I feel great after any ride, and I feel good about my scooters. I won't apologize to anyone about them or me. Okay, ranting done.

A rolled up Dickies jacket bungeed to the bars works. Look on Craigslist I found a windshield for $20 dont know the brand but it seems to work and dosent look to bad. I only use it once in a while but the price was right
