Looks sharp KBFXDLI....was trying to picture it and didn't think it would look as good, but it does.

And your right concerning the kids - and its cheaper to boot than building/buying a seperate shed to keep the kids' stuff in. For now, their bikes are on the porch and the garage is locked!

I can't do that because my lot slopes off 6 feet downhill just past the drive......otherwise I would build another garage for my "stuff". But I have a 4 car garage now and wasn't thinking about this when I built this home. I really gotta figure out a different parking configuration.

That was fast - you didn't waste any time!!!

I plan on getting forward controls in a few weeks. ('06 Lowrider w/HD engine guard)

Does anyone know if the stock highway pegs become the "new" pegs?

Everybody likes this engine guard....I had 4 people who have HD's tell me yesterday how surprised they were at the look. They said in fact it did make the bike look wider. I ordered the guard from Zanotti's and got it 2 days later. ($155) As for the new forward controls, I don't know but the footpeg bolt holes would be a good spot to bolt them on. The 05 engine guard bolted on there. I think I'm going to stick with the mid-controls because I like the way they feel.

You should look at the lower belt guard chrome cover. It really rounds out the left side of the bike and is probably less than $50 at Zanotti's.

I checked out their web-site and will be buying by "little ditties" through Zanotti's from now on.

You should save about $10-15 per item and no tax which here is more than the shipping costs.
