Engine guard mounted for lights
I dont care for the crash bar on a Dyna, or I would have done the lights on one myself. I had them under the tree, but they are too big and I actually hit my fender
Moved them down to the highway peg bracket, should have done that from the get-go, much easier. Here's some crappy cell phone pics

Actually, it's already been proven. The railroads did studies and found out years ago that you're right...a triangle of lights with a higher, larger light in the middle was more visible in daylight (which is why RR engines have that very setup). I've personally noticed that bikes coming toward me stand out more with the triangle. I keep saying that I'm gonna mount some small inconspicuous lights down low to be more visible, but I haven't done it yet. For that matter, that and all other mods both recently and for the forseeable future are on hold pending the recovery of the construction business.

Thanks to all you for the good info and opinions
I have forwards on my SB and installed the "long horn" foot pegs, there was enough room to mount a pair of HD driving lights to them and not interfer with the actual foot peg. Works great and lots of folks have comented on the "triangle" of lights and how they stand out during daylight hours.
