Hey guys, I'm changing out my clutch cable and I figured I would change my tranny fluid at the same time. I have looked all over the place locally and cannot find Redline 75/90 accept online; any suggestions to a comparable substitute? Something from Pepboys?
Royal Purple makes Max 75w90 for the tranny and Synchromax for the primary. I'm following other's lead here and going with Mobile 1 V-Twin 20w50 in the engine.
Forgot to mention, Pepboys carries Royal Purple most places.
I also use the mobil 1 but in 75W-140. I love it. Smooth and easy to find neutral. I can honestly say I like it better than the Redline.
I get the Mobil 1 75-140 at my local advance auto.
