You may want to buy a service manual for your bike.

Ball-end allen wrench is necessary to get in there and loosen those bolts.

Disassemble the brake rod from the controls so you can drop it down for some clearance. A small cotter pin will release the rod.

After you get the bracket on, the fun is just beginning
Do the rear first and run the flange nuts up 2 threads. Chain the bike to the floor, put your left foot on the rear pipe, pull the front with all your strength and spring it on. Just before you get your fingers pinched between the head pipe and the head, make sure the flange is in place. Then let loose of the head pipe and get your fingers out of there before it slams home. Stick a couple of nuts on the front pipe.
Then you can run for the box of bandaids you forgot to bring with you, and while you're in the medicine cabinet, grab the bottle of pain killers and down em. You can finish tightening everything up tomorrow when you come down off the pills

Look at the bright side,
Once you get it done, with any luck, you wont have to do it again.
Or at least the second time it will get easier.
Pay attention, be patient, and whatever you do, dont get frustrated when it doesnt go as easy as you think it ought to.
