Default wideglide riser
Need 1-2 more inches to be comfortable with my stock apes on 07 wideglide.
Can I just get a riser and tilt the apes back more or should I get longer apes?
Will stock cables work if I go up 1"? 2"? Thanks.

Try adjusting the bars back towards you first, if that doesn't work I have a set of 3.5" risers that are new I can sell you. You shouldn't need to change anything else with only a 2" change in the risers.

I ran 3 1/2" risers and had no issues with the cables on my 05,but I switched the bars out eventually

Kind of a late post but I missed the original. I have a '02 FXDWG and have 3.5" risers...no problem in using stock cables. The brake line is a little tight but fine...no way I could have gone to 4".
