Did mine when I changed bars. I used cloth measuring tape [flexible] and measure the route the cables run once new bars are installed be sure to leave slack for turning bars full lock. worked perfect for me. got mine from dennis kirk.
For stock Street Bob 10.5 inch mini apes, 33.5" throttle/idle, 68" clutch and 48" Brake line with 35 degree or 0 degree and 90 degree banjos . You should be looking around $160 on J&P. These are what I pulled off my 09 street bob.

If I may suggest, cancel your HD bars and go with an aftermarket chrome set. If you are goind\g to dish out money for braided cables, quality bars are going to look better than the polished HDs. Flanders makes a set of mini-apes which run about $140.00.

My Fat Bob mini apes crome looks diffrent then standard bars. Not sure
if they out source them diffrent.
When you get good quality "chrome" plated anything, it starts with copper, then nickel then chrome.
If you want good quality cables/lines, Barnett sells good stuff.... order stock +2 for your bike/year, for the standard 1" mini apes.
You also have to realize that different year bikes, often use different length cables/lines even on the same model.... so take that into consideration when reading everybody's advise.
