Ignition Key Trick
I have a long key chain holder (cloth) connected to the handle bars with a quick release at one end. My key has the other part of the quick release. Before I insert the key into the ignition, I connect the quick release together that way when I turn off the ignition, the key would not fall on the ground. This happened to me a few times during the first few days after delivery of the bike. I remove the key from the quick release and put it in my pocket after locking the fork. Works for me.

i just shaved the little nub off the outside edge, gave it a quick polish so it looks like it was never there. now i just turn the ignition on and put the key back in my pocket, i do worry about losing it though. seems to turn much better also, just my 2pesos
