After looking at this post I went out to the garage and looked over my HF lift, then moved my lift bars out 1 1/2 to the outside giving myself 3 more inches of stability making the RK teeter less when It's up....thanks dude for the pointer....Ingenious to say the least.

Ok, I just read every post in this thread and my head is a little fuzzy. I have a stock 03 Dyna LR. I just bought the yellow HF lift. Can anyone confirm that moving the lifting pads to the outside will work for my bike.

as much as i dig the lift mod, for those of us that dont have the money for that lift, some of you might like this lift. for a low rider, i cant use the frame blocks, but i prefer it that way.
