You should be able to determine the modded measurements using your own jack. Measure the distance between the outsides of the uprights that the pads are currently mounted on. This would be your modded pad to pad inside width. Add to that the width of your pad times two. This would be your modded pad to pad outside width.

My jack might have different dimensions than yours or others. I need to know the dimensions that work so I can make mine the correct width and buy the right amount of spacers when I get my hardware to make it fit the same as a jack that might have wider or narrower overall width to begin with..

I don't know if this is the answer to your question, but I have a red sears jack and I just measured it. The rails are 13 1/2" outside to outside, and the pads are a touch over 2 3/4" wide, so if you move them to the outside of the rails they'd be 13 1/2" inside and 19+" outside.
