Your frame and my frame are exactly the same underneath. Like I posted a few days ago, I used my lift to pick up a '12 Fat bob. I didn't have to do anything extra. Slide the jack under and start lifting. So, by that, your frame is the exact same as the '12 fat bob. Nothing extra was needed.

the notch was required so that I could get the jack far enough under the bike to pick up the opposite side. without that the front brace would hit the jiffy stand before the pads would touch the frame.
put a block under your jiffy stand then slide the jack under the bike and take a closer look.
I did this mod to my Harbor Freight jack yesterday, used 1/2" x 5" bolts and had to drill the holes out slightly. Made a huge difference, the lift is now so much better for a Dyna now. Awesome mod!
anyone who has done this mod to the HF jack did you notice that the lift hight is now higher because they hit the strap point loops on the base ?

or am i doing it wrong ?
OK, finally went out and looked at the lift, I see where you have the problem, I never noticed before because I added a 1/2" nylon spacer between the arms and pads to get a little extra width and it clears the strap loops with the spacers in there.
I would not cut the loops off, I do use them once in a while.
