I don't feel like drilling out any holes either. Do you know what sized metric bolts & spacers you used?
Wish I could remember now, but I brought the original (shorter) bolts down to the local hardware supply here and determined the size & thread pitch by using their "tester " board. They didn't have the bolt length so I bought nuts and washers and ordered the bolts on line.
I did the conversion on my sears red jack, 6" grade 8 bolts, even added 1/2" spacers between the lift bars and the relocated pads but there is no way it is going to fit under my 03 Low Rider.
It's not lowered as I have stock shocks and I even went to local HD and got the spanner wrench to make sure my shocks were set at the highest setting. Still won't fit underneath. I checked and the stock ground clearance listed online for my 03 Low Rider is 4.6" where a WG or a SG clearance is 5.4"-5.9". I can barely get it under the right side frame but it hits on the left side frame rails. I tried and put a 1x4 under the kickstand but then I can't even get it underneath the right side at all. I guess I have no choice but to get the tires up onto a 2x6 and use it that way.
Same with my 03 S.G. Just won't fit straight under ! I can 'wiggle' it and get it under but the bike never feels secure on this lift !...b.
Guys I would leave that lift modification unless you are skint to the bone, I got this adapter when I was using a cheap lift, it works great and does the job, you can find them on Fleabay for about 50 bucks.

K&L Supply Dyna Lift Adapter 35-0806
For the people complaining that they can't or barely can fit their existing jack under their bike...that adapter surely won't help
The adapters also add quite a bit of lateral instability and it's difficult to keep them from rolling under some as you tip the bike to vertical and start lifting.
I used the ones Tin Cup sent me quite a bit last year (many thanks!) but I'm gonna modify my jack this year.
Agree with the points that clearance is a problem, but if you get a lift that folds flat enough, the adapters work well, although I grinded off the little stop bits on the top to get more clearance.
It's a balancing act,,
But get your bike off the jiffy stand and upright, grab your bike's handle bars and slide the jack under,, it works
Much easier with two people.
It's not going to work unless I get my back tire and possibly my front tire too up onto a 2x4, 2x6, etc... because the height of the jack lowered all the way down is just over 5" from floor to top of pad and my 03 Low Rider only has 4.6" of clearance with the shocks turned up to the highest setting. With my LR sitting on the kickstand I can barely get it under the right side. When I stand it upright it doesn't clear at all.
I looked at the spec's of Dyna's online and the LR 03 & 04 only has 4.6" clearance where all other Dyna's have 5.4"-5.9" depending on model. Then in 05 HD changed the LR to the same 5.4" as the rest of the Dyna line.
UPDATE: Finally got my LR up on the jack and tied down. Just had to ride up onto 2x10's front and rear to get the clearance I needed.

I'm going to mod my HF jack in a month or so after the weather breaks. I want to weld in some bracing in addition to the wider spacing. It's a little wobbly and some triangulation on the lifting arms should take care of that. Also gonna do the bridges from pad to pad so that I have less sag.
Finished modding up my " Black Jack " for now . Picked it up off CL for $25 , and about $10 for the hardware from Ace . I still have to add a brace and move the front bar back 3"-4" . But my nephew is borrowing it tomorrow to remove the wheels off his brand new Low Rider S and sending them to get powder coated . In the morning we'll find out how well it works on his bike . I'll be fabricating my other jack later
